All Granny Flats are custom built and require a land analysis to see if its possible to build an additional structure on your property. We offer a site inspection" to discuss your options, by going through the NSW Regulations.
After our first initial meeting we can than send a quotation for the works involved, followed by a preliminary works agreement to get the design phase started.
